  • UK Warehouse (selected products)

Delivery Countries

We deliver to most countries worldwide.

To check if a product can be shipped to your country, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout - the system will automatically display available shipping destinations.


Shipping Location Rules

We use intelligent proximity-based shipping:

  • Priority shipping from warehouse in destination country
  • If local warehouse unavailable, ships from nearest country warehouse
  • If overseas warehouses unavailable, ships from China warehouse

Example: For German orders, we ship from Germany warehouse first; if unavailable from UK warehouse; if all EU warehouses unavailable, from China warehouse.


Order Processing Time

  • China Warehouse: 1 business day
  • Overseas Warehouse: 2 business days

Processing time begins after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).


Customs & Duties Policy

  • China Warehouse: Duties paid by Poleshine
  • Overseas Warehouse: Duties paid by customer

Example: Orders shipped from UK warehouse to Germany require duty payment by recipient.
